๐Ingredients
For the Drink
2 cups frozen pineapple
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup orange juice
1 cup coconut water
Juice of 2 limes
1โ2 tablespoons honey or agave
2 cups ice
For the Infused Coconut-Lime Syrup
2 tablespoons coconut oil
.1g RSO/Distillate (Used desired dose amount)
2 tablespoons simple syrup
1 teaspoon lime zest
Directions
Step 1: Make the Infused Syrup
Warm the coconut oil on very low heat.
Stir in your RSO or distillate until fully dissolved.
Mix in simple syrup and lime zest.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Step 2: Blend the Slushie
Add frozen pineapple, mango, orange juice, coconut water, lime juice, honey, and ice into a blender.
Blend until smooth and icy.
Step 3: Infuse & Serve
Pour the infused coconut-lime syrup into the blender.
Pulse a few times to evenly distribute.
Pour into chilled glasses.
