🛒Ingredients
For the Drink
3 cups frozen mango chunks
2 cups lemonade
1 cup coconut water
Juice of 2 limes
2 tbsp agave or honey
2 cups ice
Fresh mint leaves
For the Infusion
0.1g RSO/Distillate (Adjust for desired amount)
1 tsp coconut oil or MCT oil
How to Infuse It
Using Distillate
Warm the syringe slightly in warm water for easier pouring.
Mix desired amount into 1 tsp coconut or MCT oil.
Stir thoroughly into the lemonade before blending.
Using RSO
Dissolve RSO into warm coconut oil first.
Mix aggressively into the liquid ingredients to evenly distribute.
Instructions
Add frozen mango, lemonade, coconut water, lime juice, sweetener, and ice into a blender.
Blend until smooth and slushy.
Add infused oil mixture and pulse blend for 10 seconds.
Pour into chilled glasses.
Garnish with mint, lime, or Tajín rim.
