Β½ cup mayonnaise
ΒΌ cup ketchup
1 tablespoon yellow or Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon sweet relish or finely chopped pickles
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
Β½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Β½ teaspoon garlic powder
ΒΌ teaspoon onion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Infusion:
0.1g to 0.2g RSO or Distillate (dose calculated below)
1 teaspoon neutral oil (MCT, olive, or avocado oil) β optional but helps blend evenly

In a small bowl, gently warm the oil (not hot).
Stir in your measured RSO or distillate until fully dissolved and smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish, vinegar, and spices.
Slowly fold the infused oil into the sauce, whisking thoroughly for even distribution.
Taste and adjust seasoning.
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
