π« Ingredients
2 cups fresh or frozen fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, peachesβyour call)
ΒΎ cup sugar (or honey/agave, see notes)
2 tbsp lemon juice (fresh is best)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
0.1g -0.25g RSO or Distillate (dose calculated below)
1 tsp neutral oil (MCT or coconut oil β helps bind cannabinoids)

Step 1: Calculate Your Dose (Do This First)
Decide how strong you want the jam.
Example (easy math):
Distillate or RSO = 1,000 mg THC per gram
Use 100 mg THC total in the whole batch
Makes about 1 cup of jam
If jam has 10 servings = 10 mg per serving
π Adjust up or down based on your audience.
Step 2: Cook the Jam
Add fruit, sugar, and lemon juice to a saucepan.
Cook on medium heat, stirring often.
Once bubbling, reduce to medium-low and simmer 15β20 minutes.
Mash fruit with a spoon or potato masher as it softens.
Jam is ready when it coats the back of a spoon.
Step 3: Infuse (Very Important Timing)
Turn heat to LOW or remove from heat completely.
In a small dish, mix:
Measured RSO or distillate
1 tsp oil (this helps even distribution)
Stir mixture thoroughly into the jam for 1β2 minutes.
Add vanilla if using.
