Filling:

  • 2 cups cooked shredded or diced chicken

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese

  • ยฝ cup diced onions

  • ยฝ cup diced bell peppers (optional)

  • 1 tsp taco seasoning or chili powder

Infused Sauce:

  • ยฝ cup sour cream or mayo

  • 0.1g - 0.2g RSO or Distillate (Measure to desired potency)

  • 1 tsp lime juice

  • Pinch of garlic powder

Quesadillas:

  • 8 medium flour tortillas

  • 2 tbsp butter or oil for cooking

๐Ÿ”ฅ Instructions

1. Make Infused Sauce

Mix sour cream (or mayo), lime juice, garlic powder, and RSO/distillate until fully blended. Set aside.

2. Prepare Filling

In a skillet over medium heat, warm chicken, onions, peppers, and seasoning for 3โ€“4 minutes.

3. Build Quesadillas

Lay one tortilla flat. Add cheese, chicken mixture, more cheese, then top with another tortilla.

4. Cook

Heat butter or oil in skillet over medium heat. Cook quesadilla 3โ€“4 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.

5. Slice & Serve

Cut into wedges and serve with infused sauce for dipping or spreading.
