🥞 Pancake Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1 egg
2 tbsp butter, melted (plus more for cooking)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Cannabis infusion: RSO or Distillate mixed into the melted butter (see below)

1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp butter
Cannabis infusion: Optional RSO or Distillate for extra potency
👩🍳 Instructions:
1. Make the Pancake Batter
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, vanilla, and your infused melted butter.
Pour wet into dry and stir until just combined (don’t overmix – some lumps are okay).
2. Cook the Pancakes
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter.
Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto the skillet.
Cook until bubbles form on top and edges look set, about 2–3 minutes.
Flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Repeat with remaining batter.
3. Make the Infused Syrup (Optional)
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt 1 tbsp butter.
Stir in maple syrup and your desired dose of RSO or distillate.
Heat gently and stir until fully mixed (do not boil).
Remove from heat and pour over pancakes.
