π Ingredients:
3 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup local New Mexican infused honey (Available in Dispensary)
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp red chile powder (Hatch, Chimayo, or your fave NM variety β adjust to taste)
Optional: 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon or a pinch of smoked salt for depth
π₯ Instructions:
Combine raspberries, sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, and red chile powder in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Stir frequently and let the mixture come to a low boil. Simmer for 10β12 minutes, smashing the raspberries as they break down.
Add infused honey
Continue simmering another 5β7 minutes, until the mixture thickens slightly. (Jam will set more as it cools.)
Remove from heat. If desired, use an immersion blender for a smoother jam or leave it chunky for texture.
Let cool for 15β20 minutes, then spoon into a clean jar.
Store in the fridge. Itβll last up to 2 weeks β but probably wonβt make it that long!
Instructions: How to Make Cannabis-Infused Honey
Warm your honey slightly
Place the jar of honey in a bowl of hot (not boiling) water for a few minutes to loosen it up. This makes mixing easier.
Measure your dose
Use a syringe or dab tool to add your desired amount of RSO or distillate.
(Example: 100mg for a full jar = ~6.25mg per tablespoon of jam.)
Mix thoroughly
Stir the honey and concentrate together for 2β3 minutes until fully combined. RSO may take a little longerβjust be patient and keep stirring.
Seal and label
Store your infused honey in a clean jar with the dosage clearly marked. Keep it at room temp or in the fridge.
