Cheeseburger Macaroni
1 lb ground beef (or plant-based alternative)
1 box elbow macaroni
1 small onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
ยฝ cup milk
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp paprika
ยฝ tsp black pepper
Salt, to taste
Infusion
0.1g - 0.2g RSO or cannabis distillate (pre-measured dose)
1โ2 tbsp butter or cooking oil
Optional Toppings
Chopped pickles
Crumbled bacon
Diced tomatoes
Green onions
Extra shredded cheese

Cook Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.Brown the Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until fully browned. Add diced onion and garlic; cook until softened. Drain excess grease if needed.Build the Sauce
Reduce heat to low. Stir in ketchup, mustard, paprika, black pepper, salt, and milk until well combined.Prepare the Infusion
In a small pan over very low heat, melt butter or warm oil. Stir in RSO or distillate until fully dissolved. Remove from heat.Combine
Add cooked macaroni to the skillet. Stir in shredded cheese until melted. Pour infused butter/oil into the mixture and stir thoroughly to ensure even distribution.Serve
Spoon into bowls and add desired toppings. Serve warm.
