2 large flour or whole wheat tortillas
1 large chicken breast (about 6 oz), cooked and sliced
1 cup mixed spring greens (arugula, spinach, or baby lettuce)
½ cup shredded carrots
½ cup thinly sliced cucumber
½ avocado, sliced
2 tbsp feta cheese (optional)
0.1g-0.2g RSO or cannabis distillate (adjust dosage according to tolerance)
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp honey (optional)

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.

Cook the chicken (if not pre-cooked):
Season chicken breast with salt and pepper.
Heat a skillet over medium heat, add a touch of olive oil, and cook the chicken 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).
Slice the chicken thinly.
Assemble the wrap:
Lay out the tortilla flat.
Spread a thin layer of the infused dressing across the tortilla.
Layer the greens, shredded carrots, cucumber, avocado, feta (if using), and sliced chicken.
Drizzle a little extra infused dressing on top.
Wrap it up:
Fold the sides over, then roll tightly from bottom to top.
Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately.
