🧀 Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup spinach, finely chopped (fresh or frozen—thawed & squeezed dry)

  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped & drained

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 0.1g to 0.2g RSO or Distillate (Available in Dispensary)

🌿 Super Simple Infusion Guide

Start low. You can always eat more—never less.

Option 1: Mild (Beginner-Friendly)

  • Add ½ rice-grain-sized drop or 0.05g of RSO or distillate

  • Whole dip = light effects

  • Best for social snacking

Option 2: Medium (Most Popular)

  • Add 1 rice-grain-sized drop or 0.1g

  • Whole dip = moderate effects

  • Split into 8–10 servings

Option 3: Strong (Experienced Consumers)

  • Add 2 rice-grain-sized drops or 0.2g

  • Whole dip = strong effects

  • Clearly label before serving

🔥 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F

  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayo until smooth

  3. Stir in cheeses, spinach, artichokes, garlic, and seasoning

  4. Spread mixture into an oven-safe dish

  5. Bake 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly

  6. Remove from oven and let cool 5 minutes

  7. Add your RSO/distillate (based on the guide above)

    • Warm your RSO/distillate syringe in warm water for about 10 mins for easier dispensing.

  8. Stir very well so the infusion is evenly mixed
