🧪 Infusion Prep: RSO/Distillate Infused Lime Crema

You’ll need:

  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • Zest of 1 lime

  • 1 small garlic clove, grated

  • Salt, to taste

  • RSO or Distillate (recommended dose: 40mg total for the batch, or 10mg per serving)

How to infuse:

  1. If using RSO, gently warm the syringe in a sealed plastic bag in warm water (~100°F) for easier mixing.

  2. If using distillate, it may already be thin enough to stir directly into the crema.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, lime juice, zest, garlic, and a pinch of salt.

  4. Add your measured dose of RSO or distillate (40mg for 4 servings) and whisk thoroughly to ensure it’s evenly incorporated.

  5. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

🍤 Ingredients (Shrimp & Bowl)

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo, chopped + 1 tbsp sauce

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 1 cup uncooked white or brown rice

  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce or cabbage

  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro

  • Lime wedges, for serving

🔥 Instructions

  1. Cook the Rice
    Cook 1 cup rice according to package instructions. Fluff and set aside.

  2. Marinate the Shrimp
    In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil, chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.

  3. Cook the Shrimp
    Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove from heat.

  4. Assemble the Bowl
    Divide rice evenly among 4 bowls. Layer with black beans, lettuce or cabbage, tomatoes, avocado slices, and cooked shrimp.

  5. Add the Infused Crema
    Top each bowl with a generous spoonful of the RSO/Distillate-infused lime crema. Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.

🍽️ Dosing Tips

  • Each bowl will have approximately 10mg THC if the full 40mg infusion is split evenly.

  • For a microdose version, use 20mg total for the crema (5mg per serving).

  • Always label leftovers clearly and store safely.
