For the Pasta O’s

  • 2 cups anellini pasta (or any tiny O-shaped pasta)

  • Salt for boiling water

For the Meaty Sauce

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 lb ground beef, turkey, or sausage (your favorite)

  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce

  • 1 cup water or beef broth

  • 1 tbsp tomato paste

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika

  • ½ tsp salt (to taste)

  • ¼ cup heavy cream (optional, makes it extra creamy)

  • 0.05g~0.1g RSO/Distillate

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta

  1. Boil salted water.

  2. Cook anellini pasta until tender (10–13 min).

  3. Drain and set aside.

2️⃣ Infuse & Cook the Meat

  1. In a medium pot over low heat, melt butter + olive oil.

  2. Stir in your RSO or distillate until fully combined.

  3. Add ground meat. Brown completely, breaking up clumps.

3️⃣ Build the Saucy Goodness

  1. Stir in tomato sauce, water/broth, and tomato paste.

  2. Add sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.

  3. Simmer for 8–10 minutes to let flavors meld.

  4. Stir in heavy cream for extra richness.

4️⃣ Combine Pasta & Sauce

  1. Add cooked pasta O’s to the sauce.

  2. Stir gently to coat evenly.

5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy
