🌿 Herbally Dressed Vinaigrette 🌿

🌿 Ingredients:
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp orange juice (fresh or high-quality bottled)
1 tbsp white wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp honey or agave (optional for sweetness)
1 garlic clove, finely grated or minced
1 tbsp fresh basil or mint, finely chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

🥄 Instructions:
Mix Base Ingredients: In a small bowl or jar, whisk together lemon juice, orange juice, vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Add Infusion: Mix your RSO/distillate into the olive oil. Stir or warm slightly to fully dissolve it (a small double boiler or warm water bath works great—don’t overheat!).
Combine: Slowly drizzle the infused oil into your base while whisking until emulsified.
Add Herbs: Stir in your chopped fresh herbs.
Serve or Store: Use immediately or store in the fridge for up to 5 days. Shake before each use.
⚖️ Dosing Tips:
Microdose: Start with 5-10mg of THC per serving (about 1-2 teaspoons of dressing).
1 gram of RSO/distillate usually contains ~700-900mg THC.
Use a syringe or dropper to control the dose.
Example: For a total of 10 servings, mix in 100mg THC to the dressing for ~10mg/serving.
